Sassi is Scottsdale’s destination for fine Italian dining and wine, and for special events and weddings.
Situated at the foot of Pinnacle Peak in north Scottsdale, Arizona Sassi offers memorable Italian design and architecture, indoor and outdoor dining, a private wine cellar and hand crafted cuisine inspired by the small towns of southern Italy. Sassi’s menu features products from Niman Ranch, local and organic farmers, wild fish and seafood and more than 250 Italian wines.

• First Course (choice of):
  • Arugula and spinach salad with walnuts, pears, Parmigiano, lemon and olive oil
  • Butternut squash soup with pancetta, toasted hazelnuts and olive oil
  • Pork terrina with pickled vegetables, grilled bread, Vin Santo gelee

• Second Course (choice of):
  • Niman Ranch Pork chop, pounded and grilled; braised Stueben Yellow beans and Parmigiano
  • Oven roasted Lemon Sole with spinach, raisins, almonds and brown butter
  • Braised Rosie Chicken leg and thigh, Cacciatore style; white corn polenta

• Third Course (choice of):
  • Chocolate and hazelnut Galentina
  • Lavender Panna Cotta, local bee pollen, orange blossom honey, toasted almonds
  • Vanilla Gelato Affogato, “drowned” in espresso
