French country meets the American South

Metro Brasserie & Bar is downtown Scottsdale's answer to the neighborhood restaurant; we proudly welcome guests to experience our rustic French country cooking with influences from the American South. Whenever possible, we proudly create products in house or source from purveyors that are not only our friends, but reputable artisans in their own right.

• First Course (choice of):
  • Sweet corn vichyssoise, potatoes, leeks, basil
  • Roasted beet tartare, pickled summer melon, citrus, frisee
  • Iceberg salad, goat cheese buttermilk dressing, shaved onion, soft herbs

• Second Course (choice of):
  • Steak frites, beurre maitre'd (GF!)
  • Rainbow trout, haricots verts, beluga lentils, almond vinaigrette (GF! on request)
  • Bucatini pasta, heirloom cherry tomatoes, fennel, cured lemon, bread crumbs
  • Braised veal sweetbreads, buttered egg noodles, sauce chasseur

• Third Course (choice of):
  • Lemon Cake, bay laurel ice cream, fresh raspberries
  • Chocolate boca negra, caramelized banana ice cream, salted almond brittle (GF! on request)
