Don & Charlie's has been offering Championship Dining since 1981, specializing in BBQ baby back ribs, prime steaks, prime rib, chicken, and fresh fish. The restaurant decor is a virtual shrine to sports memorabilia, with celebrity caricatures, signed magazine covers, and much more. A wide variety of menu items are offered, served in a casual, friendly setting where your guests will feel right at home.

• First Course (choice of):
  • Cabo style shrimp cocktail gulf shrimp, tomato, avocado, cilantro, lime wedge
  • French Fried Onion Strings
  • Fried Calamari, lemon wedges and cocktail sauce

• Second Course (choice of):
  • 3 oz Filet Medallions with a choice of creamy or deli style cole slaw and choice of baked potato, french fries, redskin mashed or steamed broccoli
  • "Cuda" Cut Prime Rib, carefully selected and aged 28 days with a choice of creamy or deli style cole slaw and choice of baked potato, french fries, redskin mashed or steamed broccoli
  • Salmon Filet, Mustard Crusted, BBQ or served with a lemon butter sauce with a choice of creamy or deli style cole slaw and choice of baked potato, french fries, redskin mashed or steamed broccoli
  • Full Slab BBQ Baby Back Ribs with a choice of creamy or deli style cole slaw and choice of baked potato, french fries, redskin mashed or steamed broccoli

• Third Course (choice of):
  • Goldbrick Sundae, vanilla ice cream with hard chocolate topping
  • Hot Fudge Sundae, vanilla ice cream accompanied by a gooseneck of hot fudge
