We use only American products from artisan producers with an emphasis on local purveyors. In addition to our food, our beverages also reflect our American menu and include 70 American Wines, 11 boutique American mircobrews on draft and Classic American Cocktails.

- Baked Tomato Soup: Garlic croutons and Fontina cheese
- District Mussels: Oven roasted tomatoes and habanero chili broth
- 3rd Street Market Salad: Local greens, radish, pistachio, warm goat cheese and watermelon vinaigrette
- Second Course (choice of):
- Coca Cola Braised Short Ribs: Yukon potato souffle and caramelized Brussels sprouts
- Kurobuta Pork Loin: Macaroni and cheese, garlic crema and apple sauce
- Cedar Roasted Salmon: AZ sweet shrimp and asparagus risotto, crispy shallots and maple glaze
- Third Course (choice of):
- Black Forest Remodeled: Devil’s Food Cake, slated chocolate shavings, mascarpone push-pop and sour cherries
- Lemon Brulee Cheesecake: Huckleberry jam and pistachio shortbread
- Banana S’mores Griddle Cake: Caramelized banana, hazelnut graham crumble, banana bread pudding, marshmallow and Nutella
