Since 1994, Tarbell's has been serving a straightforward American seasonal cuisine. A Food & Wine magazine "Best Restaurant" winner and a 10-year recipient of Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence," we offer a friendly yet quietly elegant atmosphere with our signature bird's eye maple bar overlooking the exhibition kitchen. The menu evolves seasonally with organic, locally grown produce, innovative vegetarian options and favorites like our Wood-Oven-Roasted Vegetable Plate. Fresh seafood flown in daily stars in long-time favorites like the Grilled Scottish Salmon with molasses lime glaze. We also offer an award-winning Pepper Steak with au gratin potatoes. Everything is made in house with simplicity and love.
